Our client is a small cap private vanadium company, focused in South America. This junior exploration company has a very experienced Board. Their exploration project in an emerging vanadium district offers an opportunity to become involved in an exciting project and commodity.
The Company requires a part-time Director (non executive). They want someone who is interested in the challenge to become involved with a small private company and who feels they can make a contribution – in particular, in helping raise money or secure a partner etc. (we at Westminster Mining are also involved in this aspect of the company) to develop the project to the next level and into production – basically, to lend their experience to getting the company up and running.
Remuneration can only be by way of shares at this stage, though the work is only part time so would not be onerous, and the upside could be very great for the right individual, leading onto a proper Board position in a new and developing company as it advances its projects, not to mention the potential value of the shares.
